Helpful Updates to the About This Blog Page

The most-viewed feature on my blog by far is the About this Blog page; it also receives more comments and interaction than any other page. The page is an important introduction to the entire blog describing the essence and purpose of the blog, and identifying the target audience.

This is to let you know I have updated the page by adding three helpful graphics and a short section on the Good News of Jesus. The section on the Good News of Jesus briefly introduces the series I wrote beginning this past Spring. I think it brings an important balance to the emphasis on harmful baggage.

Previously this page had no graphics at all. I think the three added graphics illustrate the themes of the blog, and the About Page, very well. They have also proven very sharable in the past, so feel free to share them if you wish.

I do love the Dick Ford drawing. The body language and look of Jesus is very inviting. The man is being persuaded by a trustworthy Jesus to follow him on the road. I think it, and the talking points graphic, are good additions to the “about” page.

Thanks for the wonderful comment Sheila!. Dick is a strong supporter of the blog, even though he rarely comments. I really love the art he has contributed to the blog, especially this one. And I agree with everything you said about it.

I will make sure Dick receives your comment!
